Anomalous coronary artery presenting with acute syndrome is relatively rare. Achilles heel of percutaneous intervention in a such patient difficult cannulation the culprit artery. Coronary CT angiography provides detailed information about origin and course anomalous A few additional like exit angle orifice configuration provided exclusively by helps appropriate hardware selection for angiographic success.
